white house halloween

we have had so much fun this halloween season decorating the house. michael has been SO interested in how the house will look and how it will be adorned with this creepy crawler and that ghostly goblin. he has watched martha stewart's good things, bad things halloween special no less than 10 times. thanks to good ole martha, for inspiring a lot of the holiday hullabaloo around here. we pretty much have a cob web or a spider on any surface around and that is with a fair amount of negotiations by yours truly. i love that he is so interested in the holiday and it has me inspired too. five of us will be wearing costumes on saturday. i'll let you figure out who is dressing up as what. setting out to haunt the streets of lakewood will be darth vader, pinkalicious, a purple monster, a puppy dog and a super chic witch. here are a few pics of the house. i'll be sure to take a lot of pics before we load up on sweets saturday night.
