prison break official

i had my sonogram this morning. the boys look great. they are growing and all of the things the doctor was looking for looked perfect. he estimates their weight at 8lbs each. this is a rough estimate, since he didn't do an official measuring sonogram today. later, dr. freeman came in and she said that she was discharging me to go home. i was a little tentative about coming home, since i am pretty much like a third person for people to take care of. i am sure that i wouldn't have lasted this long (4 weeks) if i was on bed rest at home. i can already tell a difference in my body just being home 8 hours. anyway, the plan for the week is if i don't start to labor on my own this week, i have a sono & exam scheduled for monday. if they still aren't going to come on their own, she has me on the books for a c-section tuesday. either way, we are within a week of meeting these guys!

michael and molly were very happy to see me when we drove up. michael and i have pretty much spent the entire day together. he and i watched kung fu panda then took a nap together after playing emergency vehicles and space launcher.

my dad made my favorite meal of all time as a return home celebration of sorts. i took two pictures for 36 weeks before i left the hospital. i find it very very hard to believe that the body in the pictures is my own. the first picture makes me look like i am hiding something in the hip of my skirt, or maybe it is someone's feet sticking out of my side.
